Service speed is acceptable however when it comes to mailing ANYTHING out (license, license plates, renewal stickers) that fail miserably. They constantly send things to the wrong address so I never get my renewals. I recently received a ticket for expired plates because I hadn't received my new plates. It had been several months. No one will ever give me a straight answer on whether they have sent out the items or where they even sent them to. The only thing they insist on is that the situation is my fault.
