I was waiting for two tires to be replaced. After over an hour of wandering around the store, I came back to find that department had closed. They hadn't contacted me or anything, just left me to wait. I found out later that they had trouble removing one of the tires, so they just gave up and went home because it was the end of their shift. I don't know what they expected me to do...did they think I was just going to forget I had a car??
I've taken my car for several oil changes and they do a great job.
They need to close this service Department they have no tires on hand and broke my wheel sensor and did fix it after they said they did.
It's meh. I've had a few oil changes, that's about it. Three stars because my last one they ended up spilling some on my engine and it reeked for a few days until it burnt off.
Worst place ever they take way too long.i asked to speak to the shop manager and he acted like I was an idiot he was more worried about textng on his phone or playing on Facebook he must have got the job by paying someone.horrible experience I would advise no one to take anything here
