For the really bad situation that I was in, Brook (or Brooke) was absolutely amazing at all he did. He took time out of his busy day to make sure that all my personal effects were in order and let me get to them on what was probably his day off work. Thanks so much! I was in desperate need to have a 21 foot box truck towed to Richmond, Indiana, over 100 miles away. I needed to move it fast and they were able to get it moved within 48 hours! I didn't have to worry at all and it arrived at it's destination safely. The price was more than fair after all the other quotes I had received. I would have happily paid more but am thankful for the quote I received. I'll be sure to send all my business their way for sure. Everyone was super nice and friendly on the phone. What's funny is a friend's family whom I have known since childhood owns a towing company and didn't even want to help me out after years of only using their shop for my towing and auto repair needs. This place has no customer sevice skill at all they are garbage they need to learn how to pick up the PHONE
