The do it yourself kiosk is very fast and convenient for signing up for a storage unit. You are also able to access your unit 24/7. Just an overall fast and great experience! I highly recommend them.
Unfortunately getting our stuff out was a terrible experience. In a climate controlled unit our things molded. We had to buy all new furniture for the living room and bleach absolutely everything else we owned. Will not go back.
The experience from beginning to end was great. Great communication, and the help was there when we needed questions answered. Would highly recommend then to anyone!!

I've been a customer of Community Storage for about four years. The facility at Frankfort, IN is clean and well-run, and it has a variety of unit sizes to accommodate most needs. I run a low-key, small-scale business with the need to store merchandise until the time is right to sell things. I have had to rent extra short-term storage from time to time, and the staff at Community is always quick to accommodate me. Each facility has a kiosk where spaces can be reserved and rent payments can be made. But almost all business may be conducted online as well. An excellent facility.
