It's the best pizza there is!
Management was rude when we called to address our order being wrong. This call was only after our 3rd time of having orders messed up and the only time we had ever called. Accused my husband of just trying to get a free pizza. That is not a way to handle loyal and repeat customers. We have not been back. Happy to have a few new better options in town now!
Bruno's is a Frankfort tradition....The pizza's are old school that take you back to the first time you had your first bite...If you have never had a cheese pizza from Bruno's you are lacking....I know people that have moved away and when they come back to visit they get a cheese and a sausage....I promise you will not regret it.
Ever since the new owners have taken over we have recieved several under cooked pizzas and we order the pizza uncut because they have yet to master it. Today my husband got hung up on when he called and asked to speak to a manager. We miss the old owners.
Best pizza ever...like the pieces a little smaller but would still buy it even if they didn't slice it at all....5 stars
