I have MANY complaints about this place. Live somewhere else if possible.

They can't keep property managers nor maintenance here. Cost per month is too expensive for the quality of living. Nothing ever gets fixed, and despite how many time complaints are made about the heroin addict and meth heads nothing is ever done about them because they are on HUD. So they get to do and harass who ever they want all night long
