The staff here is amazing. The maintenance guy is great too. Prices aren't high and they have a pool table.
Do Not Move Here!! These apartments are not good..they look all nice and clean but just wait, you live here for any amount of time and you will see what I mean...no matter how clean you keep your apartment you will still have roaches..they are even in the hallways its disgusting..I've contacted management and reported the problem..I even asked to be moved to another apartment but none of that did any good whatsoever...It's gross and as soon as my lease is up I am moving!!!
The apartment above me had a huge crack in the bathtub leading to a leaky ceiling and black mold in my bathroom. My apartment was never properly cleaned to get rid of the spores, and I have been ill ever since. The grounds flood everything it rains. It's not a safe place to live, all the locks on the doors leading outside are always broken, and there are more drug dealers than decent folks, and the odor of the drugs is unbearable when walking down the hall. Management hassles the good people until there are almost none left. People let there dogs poop wherever and don't pick it up, so you can't even walk in the grass. My air conditioner has leaked down my wall for over a year, and they still haven't fixed that, so no doubt under my carpet is more mold. The washing machines always leave a white stain on my dark clothes because they never clean them. This is the worse place I have ever lived in my life, can't wait to get out. I definitely don't want to be here when a meth lab explodes.
I am looking for a new place to call home. I am relocating from big city living to a small town. For a property that is a little older the initial look at the property, it is well taken care of. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake from the manager. The manager asked all the right questions with great enthusiasm. The Apartment was perfect size and clean. This is where I will be coming back to in January when I get transferred.
I like the fact that it a quiet country like setting but only blocks from shopping and dining.
