Great place to store your stuff
Used this storage unit for about two weeks so I can move, and when I took my things out of it everything had cockroaches. I had to treat my brand new home, which became expensive. The manager wanted to spray the unit for 'my bug problem' but that doesn't help the cost for treating my new home and household items for the 'bug problem' I didn't have before using the storage unit. I didn't have pests before using this unit, as my previous landlord can verify that. Not happy at all.
It's a huge storage unit with plenty of room inside for my belongings. I also like the security, and the inexpensive locks for sale. The only negatives are the location and I wish there was more space between units to drive a U- Haul truck.
The website was not accurate and I had to actually call in to do what it said could be accomplished online. Once that was straightened out with the help of the awesome rep, I thought everything would be great. I was disappointed however with the location. The online estimator showed that I'd be able to fit my washer and dryer in the 5X5 space, side by side with no problem. However, upon arrival, that was untrue due to the majority of the floor being raised. It's a corner unit. About a foot of space around two sides is lower than the test which meant I was unable to place my W/D flat in the space. I had no choice but to have my washer flipped upside down and stacked on top of the dryer in order for it tho sit and be stable in the unit. This is frustrating as I had a couple of guys who helped move it in but may not have that help when I move them out. There definitely needs to be some disclosure when a space is not completely flat inside.
