Our water softener wasn't performing as well as it had been. We called our local Culligan dealer, who scheduled a visit to our home the next day. Within a short amount of time, the technician found the issue, and got our softener performing back to normal. The service call was free, as service is included in our monthly rental fee.
I have no apprehensions to recommend their products or services.
